H05 - Probably the strongest hinge you can fit. Suitable for schools, changing rooms, public areas and any high use abusive environments, where minimal maintenance is a prerequisite.
This hinge is designed to encapsulate the door in the short channel section, the door is then fixed using the four flush bolts. When the door is closed, the channel section is hidden behind the fascia.
There are a range of options as to how the hinge is fixed to the fascia:
Supplied in a silver anodised finish or powder coated to a colour of your choice, the hinges are packed in pairs (i.e. one pair per standard size door 700 x 1800 x 17mm). Where heavy or outward opening doors are fitted, we would advise the fitting of three or more hinges to the door.
